General rule

Confirmed service processing is generally non-refundable. Duplicate or excess payments are eligible for correction/refund according to the applicable policy.

Before confirmation

Eligible plan corrections and unsuccessful required verification may be resolved before the plan is confirmed.

Not refundable

Voluntary change of mind after plan confirmation, non-use of benefits, lack of responses, lack of matches, normal expiry, policy violation, fraud or impersonation are not refundable.

No guarantee

Views, interests, acceptance, matches or marriage outcomes are not guaranteed.
